THIS PAGE TALKS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF NUTRITION AND HOW IT AFFECTS EVERY DAY WELBEING AND HEALTH. NUTRITION IS VITAL FOR EVERY DAY USE, ESPECIALLY WHEN TRAINING TO MAX. NOT ONLY IT FEULS YOUR BODY SO THAT IT IS REFRESHED AND FEELING TOP, BUT IT ACTS AS PIVOTAL KEY TO BUILDING MUSCLE OR LOSING WEIGHT.

FRUIT & VEGETABLES 

 

Fruit and vegetables are my go to food when I need something to real feul me up when in need. The positives about fruit and vegetables is that it is an essential aspect of your daily food intake that you eat it. It reduces the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases. A long with drinking plenty of water and at time, shakes, fruit and vegetables provide essential vitamins and minerals to cater your body's needs. It also has plenty of fiber in it, and many more nutrients that the your body will be quite happy with. One of the best and positive things about fruit and vegetables is that it is natrually low in sugar and fat, and has a low calorie intake. Now that is something to think about!!

 

JESSE'S FIT TIP:

Try and inclue some sort of fruit and vegetable in every meal you have :)

THE ROLE OF PROTEIN 

 

Protein is one of the most vital and most important foods in order to build muscle or lose weight. Protein is all over your body and it is the building blocks for muscle growth. Found in foods such as chicken, fish, even tofu, protein helps repair older cells and produce new cells in your body. Other ways to get your protein is protein shakes. Protein shakes are a fast and reliable way to get protein into your body quickly. It is also an easier way if you don't have that much time to cook food.

 

JESSE'S FIT TIP:

 

I like to eat some sort of protein with veggies for lunch and dinner :) 

CARBOHYDRATES

 

As carbohydrates are the first source of energy for our body, without it, protein from our muscles will be used meaning that our body will effectively eat its own muscles!

I mean, don't get me wrong, I love to sit down and have a nice big bowl of pasta, or eat bread all day, but sometime people misuse cabrs and eat it when they don't need to. I've tried cutting breads out of my diet because I found that my skin folds were getting to high. But other than that, carbs are a good source of energy for your body. Fats (lipids) are required for many bodily processes and provide vital nutrients for the good bacteria in our intestines that helps us digest our food!
 

JESSE'S FIT TIP:

 

I like to eat carbs before and after a workout with some protein :)
